Using a 4mm allen wrench and 8mm wrench, remove the Y1 and Y2 axis smooth idlers and replace them with the 9mm idlers (25197-10) from the kit.. It is easiest to do these one at a time - remove the nut, remove the stock idler, slide on the new idler (25197-10), 2 M5 washers (25287-13) and reinstall the nut.. For each idler, you’ll use the ..

These are the instructions for the newest models of the X Carve with the Controller.. We no longer mount the laser driver on top of the Z Axis.. We figured this allows for more upgrades of the Z Axis, including the Z axis slider upgrades.. It also just cleans up the upgrade and makes it easier to install.. We just did our install in under 10 minutes..
